Your HubSpot account is connected through a secure sign-in (OAuth), not a pasted password. Authava keeps the connection's access token refreshed, so it keeps working without anyone signing in again.

When a visitor shares their name and email, Authava saves the contact. Sending it on to HubSpot is set up per bot, in one of three ways:
- Right away, as part of the conversation
- In a regular batch, within about 15 minutes
- On demand, when our team runs a sync
