How Do I Add The Bot To Ontraport?
Copy your script tag from Deploy in Studio, add a custom HTML block to a global section of your Ontraport site, paste the script in, then save and publish. The bot appears on every page that uses that section.

Can The Bot Learn My Ontraport Site?
Yes. In Studio, go to Configure → Knowledge → Website Scraper and enter your domain. The bot crawls your pages and answers from them: your offers, programs, pricing, and policies.
When you update your pages, choose Re-crawl so the bot picks up the changes. See Update Your Bot's Knowledge.
Can My Landing Pages Open The Bot?
Yes. Authava's JavaScript controls let your page open the bot, send it a message, and show a tooltip. A "Have a Question?" button on a sales page can open the bot so a visitor gets an answer before they leave.
