On August 4, 2026, TacoAI LLC (“Taco”), a subsidiary of Prosperum Fintech Holdings LLC, announced its acquisition of Authava.
Authava was built to help businesses deploy secure, configurable AI assistants that connect with their existing systems, data, and workflows.
As part of Taco, Authava brings white-label conversational AI, enterprise and CRM integrations, real-time data retrieval, workflow capabilities, conversation analytics, and managed AI services into a broader technology organization.
Taco develops AI and custom technology solutions for fintech companies, publishers, and other enterprises, including chatbots, systems integrations, automation, and platform engineering.
The acquisition gives Authava access to a larger technology ecosystem while allowing us to continue building practical AI solutions across chat, phone, email, and other business workflows.
