Authava and ChatGPT

Your Authava bot runs on OpenAI's GPT models by default, and ChatGPT can help you learn from every conversation it has. Export your bot's conversations in a friendly format, give them to ChatGPT, and ask what your customers are telling you.

Does Authava Use OpenAI's Models?

Yes. By default, Authava's bots answer using OpenAI's GPT models, hosted on Microsoft Azure. Authava adds what a business needs around the model: answers from your own approved content, live lookups in your systems, handoff to your team, and transcripts of every conversation. See How Authava Keeps Bots Accurate.

Our AI providers' business terms state that data sent through their APIs isn't used to train their models. See Data Privacy.

How Can ChatGPT Analyze My Bot's Conversations?

In Studio, go to Activity → Chat History and choose Export. You can download full transcripts as text, or a spreadsheet (CSV), for the dates you pick. Upload the file to ChatGPT and ask it questions like:

  • "What are the ten questions customers ask most?"
  • "Which questions did the bot struggle to answer?"
  • "What should we add to our website or FAQ?"
  • "Which conversations look like strong sales leads?"

See Review Conversations for the export options.

Why Do This?

Your bot's conversations are a record of what customers actually want to know, in their own words. ChatGPT can read hundreds of them in minutes and pull out patterns, so you can improve the bot, your website, and your sales messages.
