Authava and Claude
If you use Claude, you can put it to work on your Authava bot. Export your bot's conversations from Studio in a friendly format, give them to Claude, and ask what your customers are telling you. Your bot collects the conversations; Claude helps you make sense of them.
How Do I Give My Conversations To Claude?
In Studio, go to Activity → Chat History and choose Export. Pick the dates you want, then download full transcripts as text, or a spreadsheet (CSV). Upload the file to Claude and start asking. See Review Conversations for the export options.
What Can Claude Tell Me?
Long transcripts are easy for Claude to work through. Try asking:
- "Summarize what customers asked about this month, grouped by topic."
- "Find questions the bot answered vaguely, and draft better answers."
- "Write Q&A pairs I can add to the bot for the most common questions."
- "What do customers ask about pricing, and how do they phrase it?"
The draft answers and Q&A pairs can go straight into your bot. See Q&A Pairs and Tuning.
Why Do This?
Every conversation is a customer telling you what they need. Reading them all takes time; Claude can read them for you and hand back a short list of improvements for your bot and your website.
