If you use Grok, you can use it to analyze your Authava bot. Export your bot's conversations from Studio in a friendly format, give them to Grok, and ask it to spot trends, common questions, and sales opportunities.
How Do I Give My Conversations To Grok?
In Studio, go to Activity → Chat History and choose Export. Pick the dates you want, then download full transcripts as text, or a spreadsheet (CSV). Upload the file to Grok and ask away. See Review Conversations for the export options.
