Authava and Make

Your Make scenarios can act on every conversation your bot has. Authava handles the customer conversation, and your scenarios do the work behind it. They connect through webhooks and Authava's API, so the automations you've already built in Make keep doing their job.

How Does Authava Connect To Make?

Through webhooks and Authava's API, at each stage of a conversation:

When What happens
Conversation starts Authava can call your scenario's webhook and use the result to shape the bot's first message
A specific question A question can trigger your scenario and show its result as the answer
Mid-conversation The bot can call a scenario's webhook as a tool when it needs live data, through the MCP Gateway
Conversation ends Once a conversation appears finished, Authava can send it to your scenario
Any time A scenario can call Authava's management API, for example to upload documents or pull transcripts

In Make, a Webhooks module receives Authava's calls, and an HTTP module calls Authava's API. See Full Integration for each hook in detail.

What Can I Build With It?

  • Lead routing: when a conversation ends, your scenario scores the lead and sends it to the right person or system.
  • Live answers: the bot asks a scenario for a price or an order status, and replies with the real result.
  • Document pipelines: a scenario watches a folder or a system and uploads updated documents to your bot.
  • Reporting: a scenario pulls transcripts on a schedule and adds them to your own reports.

Who Sets It Up?

Our managed services team connects the Authava side with you. Your team, or whoever builds your Make scenarios, owns the Make side.
